Wild Women Adventures – Tasmania

Sweet Hazards. Bay of Fires and Freycinet National Park where earth, wind and fire collide. “The Bay and Frey” house a dramatic combination of pink granite mountains (called The Hazards), white sandy beaches that crunch like sugar under your feet as you scan the blue ocean in one of Australia’s most beautiful panoramas. There is a sense of untouched potential that washes over you from the moment you first arrive, as if you were the first person to discover it.  Experience the award winning produce prepared by locals on the beach as it was done around a fire, when the bay first named. All this amongst a group of amazing gals, some locally source wines and cheeses, pre-adventure training included to get you ready and amazing Aurora leaders and trek medic to keep you in the safest of hands and what’s not to love on this Wild Women 2021 Aussie adventure!

Our Itinerary Price Inclusions Exclusions

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Our adventure begins with pick up from Launceston and transfer to Binalong Bay, where we will have lunch. In the afternoon we will complete the Bay of Fires Coastal Walk.  This section takes us from the Gardens to Break Yoke Beach (5km return) or there is a longer option to Policeman’s Point (13km) if time permits. Accommodation at Binlalong Bay. (D)

Day 2 –  Today we complete our second section of the Bay of Fires from Mt William National Park to Deep Creek (18kms). Accommodation at Binlalong Bay. (B,L,D)

Day 3  –  After breakfast we transfer to Freycinet and complete the Friendly Beaches Walk in the afternoon. Accommodation for tonight is at Freycinet Lodge. (B,L,D)

Day 4 – Our final day at Freycinet sees us walk the Hazards Beach to Wineglass Bay Circuit (11kms). Once completed, we drive back to Hobart. Not ready to leave yet? Take the option to stay for a few days in Hobart. (B,L)
