How it works, Charity Adventures

1.   Pick an Aurora Adventure you would like to undertake then find a listed departure for that adventure in our calendar. If you have a private group of friends or are a corporate group of 8 or more contact us to discuss a private group departure date that is convenient to you.

Charities can promote a specific adventure to raise funds for the charity or the non-profit organization by choosing a challenge and contacting us to set a date and fundraising targets.

2.  Pick a charity from our Charity Partners page to raise funds for. If you have a specific charity that you would like to fundraise for that is not listed, just let us know and we will contact them to obtain their approval on your behalf.

3.  Upon payment of your registration fee/deposit your position in the group will be reserved. We then forward the information to assist you in reaching your fundraising target. This process assists with fundraising ideas and assist you in setting up your on-line fundraising webpage for your family and friends to sponsor you.

4.  During your training period you will have regular contact with your physical trainer either in person if training in Brisbane, or remotely if training interstate to ensure you are physically prepared for your challenge.

You will also receive regular administration advice from our Operations Team.
